We invite you to our vacation venue set in beautiful green gardens, at the Idan family home at Moshav Paran in the Arava desert. Stay over in six spacious cabins suitable for couples, families and groups. The Paran area has many options for desert outings with marked foot and bicycle trails and rugged jeep tracks. Visit our family farm where we have been growing peppers for 40 years. Our guests can enjoy an equipped kitchen and outdoor bbq, a large air-conditioned dining room and shaded seating areas, all to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Moshav Paran [or Faran] is located opposite the Edom mountains on the Arava road, highway 90, a one hour drive north of Eilat. The farmers of Paran specialize in growing flowers and vegetables using the most advanced agricultural methods. Wild desert landscapes surround Paran and offer the traveler a peaceful, calm and quiet escape.

OUR ROOMS
Our guest complex includes 6 units:
Family suites with 2 bedrooms, a kitchenette, modern bathroom with shower.
Up to 6 guests per unit.
A smaller unit with one bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and private patio.
Up to 3 guests.
All units are equipped with a king size bed, air-conditioning, free WIFI, a small refrigerator, coffee/tea, and satellite TV.
Breakfast can be ordered in advance.
OUR FACILITIES
Equipped kitchen
Two fully-equipped kitchens for preparing your own meals including an oven, microwave oven, stove, large refrigerator and utensils.
Events
There is a fully-equipped conference room for meetings, lectures or conferences for up to 50 people. We can also host a special event or party for groups of up to 150 people.
Our Garden
A beautiful and peaceful tropical garden in the middle of the desert! This is a true oasis and the perfect place to relax; large lawns, flowering plants, a waterfall and shaded sitting areas.
Swimming Pool
During the summer months (June-September) our guests enjoy the use of the Moshav swimming pool. Only a 5 minute walk and free entrance.
Hosting Groups
Up to 33 guests can stay comfortably in our rooms. Groups can use the outside kitchen, an air-conditioned dining room and bbq grills.
Courts and Playground
Free use of the Moshav's basketball, soccer and tennis courts. In addition your kids can enjoy a new large playground located near the grocery store and swimming pool.

Tour of our Fields
Visit our family farm where we grow sweet peppers, taste and learn about the newest technology, and take a tour of the sorting and packing house.
Bike Trails
From the back gate of the moshav there are a number of marked bike trails of various levels. Bike rentals are available at the moshav.
Restaurants
In our immediate area are various restaurants, including: Orsula, Gan Yarak, Gamalia, Deck Bar and more.
Recreation
Alternative treatments, local artists and artisans, yoga lessons and more.
Attractions
Timna Park, Vidor center- "a window to Arava agriculture", Antelope farm and more.
